After the purchase confirmation, the customer will receive an email with all the necessary instructions to access the contracted service. It is possible to request an exchange of the service for another of equal value, subject to availability. The request must be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the purchase confirmation and, if requested after this period, the exchange may not be carried out. The customer may request the cancellation within 24 hours after the booking, provided that there are more than 14 (fourteen) days before check-in. If the cancellation is made within this period, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded; otherwise, cancellation fees may apply, as previously agreed. The refund will be processed within up to 7 (seven) business days after the cancellation confirmation. The customer may request the refund within 24 hours after the cancellation is formalized and, once requested, the analysis and processing will be completed within up to 7 (seven) business days.
